Duck Confit with Cranberry Relish and Shredded Cabbage

Went to Addy’s Sandwich Bar, a cute little food cart at SW 10th and Alder, to try another sandwich. I stepped waay out of my comfort zone and got the recommended Duck Confit with Cranberry Relish and Shredded Cabbage on a baguette. While it was indeed good, I had a lot of trouble getting past the ducky part. I still ate the entire thing over the course of a few hours, however! I’m such a wimp.
I’m really eager to go again and try her chocolate, sea salt and olive oil baguette. Yummm.
