Ham Kittens can be a bummer. And I would like to give more detail, but I didn’t take notes and the online menu is wrong and I can’t remember anything.
(Nitrate/ite, etc free) Ham sandwich with tomato, lettuce, chipotle aioli, dijon, avocado and extra sharp cheddar on ciabatta, with Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper Kettle Chips, New Seasons, Hillsboro, OR.
After a weekend of satisfying cooking, a nice leisurely trip to Ken’s Artisan Bakery was in order. One of my favorite things is their Ham, Thyme, & Gruyère Croissant. Guess I’m back on the ham. HAM!
